• Decide whether you want a bear with a badge, sash or rosette
• Select from the menu at the top of the page
• Then choose whether you want one of our standard design/layouts or whether you want your own personalised designs
• We will also include your greeting/message on a small card which we will include with the delivery. Just add  the message to the order form
• Select a postage option - First class post, Next Day Special delivery or Next Day courier

• If you select the First Class post option, then there is no guarantee that the delivery will be made on the date selected)
• If you choose Special Delivery then the delivery is guaranteed for the day chosen , but the delivery will have to be signed for at the address given.
• Further delivery/ordering information is shown on the calendar during the ordering process
